Shipping & Delivery

We provide nationwide shipping and delivery through our partner couriers.

Upon receiving and verifying your proof of payment, please anticipate the dispatch/shipping of your order from our headquarters to our partner courier within one (1) to three (3) business days for delivery. It takes one (1) to two (2) business days for them to pick up your order, and the delivery time varies based on your location. Please note that we do not have control over the pickup and delivery services provided by our partner couriers.

If you wish to receive your order fast, you can select the pickup option and collect your order in person or arrange for a third-party courier such as Grab, Lalamove, etc. Our location is in Eastwood, Quezon City.

Should you opt for delivery, please refer to the rates and the usual delivery time after it's been picked up by our partner courier, as provided below.

• Php 89 - Standard Delivery for Metro Manila Area. Delivery takes place within one (1) to three (3) business days.

• Php 139 - Greater Manila Area (GMA), including Bulacan, Laguna, Cavite, and Rizal. Delivery takes place within one (1) to four (4) business days.

• Php 199 - Provincial Area. Delivery takes place within three (3) to eight (8) business days.

• Php 399 - Same-day / Express delivery via 3rd party couriers like Grab, Lalamove etc. Send your proof of payment via email at chatadleather@gmail.com before 11 AM to receive your order on the same day at around 5 - 6 PM. You can't avail of this service, if your area is not covered by these 3rd party couriers.

• For international orders, kindly email us at chatadleather@gmail.com.

* For swift processing, especially for orders with personalization, kindly send us your proof of payment along with your order number to our email address:

 Please be aware that our response may not be immediate, but rest assured, we will respond at our earliest convenience.

* Kindly refrain from sending your proof of payment via SMS, iMessage, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook personal message, or Instagram direct message. These channels are solely reserved for inquiries. Please note that we may not be able to promptly view your message.

* Shipping period depends upon our daily order volume. Typically, once your payment is verified, it takes 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared for shipping.

* Delivery time depends on the volume of packages our partner courier handles daily. Following the collection of your order from our headquarters, delivery time varies based on your location. During the holiday season, please expect possible delays.

* Same-day / Express delivery is not always available. Please contact us first before you avail of this service.

* The provided minimum and maximum days to receive your order may be shorter or longer.

* To prevent delays, kindly ensure you include your Barangay address and provide complete and accurate information.

* If you're unavailable to receive your order, please ensure there's someone at your provided address to accept it and avoid the return of your order. This will also prevent you from incurring an additional fee for booking another delivery.

* For orders placed through Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, kindly ensure that your chat line is accessible to prevent any potential delays in the shipping of your order. Please note that your chat message is the only way we can reach out to you.

Where do you deliver?

We provide nationwide delivery across the Philippines. However, certain areas are not serviceable by our partner couriers. For international shipping, please  Contact us.

Why is my order delayed?

We are committed to prompt shipping. You can trust that we will dispatch your order to our partner courier according to the given timeline, provided all your details and information are accurate and complete. Please understand that once your order is collected by our partner courier, we are not in control of the delivery. Delays might occur due to COVID-19 restrictions, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, a surge in orders, especially during the holiday season, and other unforeseen incidents beyond our control.

Can I pick up my order?

Opt for order pickup by selecting the pick-up option in Shipping & Delivery. Choose to collect it yourself or use third-party couriers like Grab, Lalamove, etc. Our headquarters is in Eastwood, Quezon City, and we'll notify you once your order is ready.

Is same-day delivery available?

We occasionally accept same-day delivery via Grab/Lalamove etc., depending on the volume of orders each day. This service is only available if your area is covered by these 3rd party couriers. Proof of payment must be sent before 11 AM to receive your order on the same day at around 5-6 PM. Please be aware that if you choose this shipping method on a day when our order capacity is reached, your order will be dispatched at the next available day. Please contact us first before availing this service.
